I got a replament phone in mail, and it did not include a SIM removal tool....
Is there anything I can use, or do I have to go into a verizon store?
thank you.

For which phone? You can try to paperclip as well.

why would you not include a tool? That seems mega strange to me. Your instruction to activate the phone you get with the online store says to transfer the card from one phone to another. Why do i have to find a safety pin or whatever or take it to a store to have them do it. Would it have been better to just buy it at the store then they could have done that and i would not have to try and find a store that is open during covid or stand in line outside the store once i found one? Why are you making me jury rig something instead of just including the little cheep tool?

Either go to a VZW corporate store and have them change the SIM for you or call and have VZW send you a new SIM. Never seen a SIM that difficult to remove.

HeatherBaker, we'll make sure that you can use your replacement. I've been able to use push pins previously to open the SIM card tray. You'll just need something like a pin or safety pin.
