My phone's software updated on 11/12/20. It worked fine for a while on 11/13 and then the mic and speakers stopped working. If I make a phone call I cannot be heard on the other end of the call and I cannot hear anything. If I connect to bluetooth head phones I still have the same problem with phone calls but I can at least hear podcasts, YouTube, etc. I tried a factory reset and nothing improved.
Any thoughts?
Hello, being on top of your phone is vital, especially if you are having mic and speaker issues. Aside from the software update, any other changes (new apps, etc.)? Are the phone notifications/alerts working properly? Any other problems after the software update?
