I bought my phone over a year ago. I have visual voice mail and I can see the messages, it just doesn't tell me I have a new one. I am missing important calls from professionals. Please advise.
I purchased my A50 directly from Verizon and am still having the problem. I am paying for visual vm on my account. When a call goes to voicemail, I am not notified that a new voicemail is waiting. The message appears visually and I can listen to it. It just doesn't tell me I have a voicemail waiting. This is causing me to miss important calls for professionals. Please advise.
Good morning. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your Visual Voicemail notifications. I would be just as concerned over this as well, as I rely heavily on my phone and messages daily. How long has this been going on? Does your phone ring before going to voice mail? Please elaborate to better assist you.
