I am sorry to hear that your son is having issues with his lock code to his phone and I can understand being concerned about his media/picture content, Chraag70. Let me help with any available options to resolve these concerns. When did this issue occur? What is the software version of his device? As far as his pictures and media content, do you know if he used the cloud to back up his data?
