How do I completely uninstall Google Chrome from my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 tablet?

If it came pre-installed, you can't uninstall i, but you can disable it. Go to the applications area of the phone settings > slide over to the all listing > scroll down to Chrome and select it. Then uninstall any updates and disable.

Chrome is not pre-installed, at least it wasn't on my Galaxy Note 2. By the way, I love Chrome compared to the stock browser. Anyway, go to Settings, then to Application Manager. Click on it and scroll to Chrome. Click on it and then the delete button.
Another sweet browser is Firefox. You might want to give that a try.
