Hi I have a Samsung Galaxy j-3 eclipse that I just activated it was a used phone and I'm getting this message when trying to use the camera see the attached picture anybody have any suggestions how to get my camera to work

Getting the most that you can out of a newly purchased phone is important. The camera is one of the most used features on a phone, so lets figure out whats wrong.

When you got the phone, did you set it up from the beginning? Is the software up to date? Is there any visible or known damage to the phone?
