Happened 2 times in past 2 weeks. Phone is on and won't wake up when i tap the power button. 2nd time I set alarm to wake me up and the alarm didn't go off. I tried to wake the phone by tapping the power button but nothing. Both times I had to pull the battery to get the phone working again. Everything else is fine but this is a big thing if the alarm doesn't work. Any suggestions?
wanttofish1, we don't want to you be late for anything! Have you downloaded 3rd party applications to your device? Is so, some application software can affect the performance of your device. Try uninstalling any unwanted applications and power your device off/on to soft reset it. Keep us posted.

Nothing new that would have caused this to happen. I'm very familiar with my gs4 and Android phones. This is one of those things that happen and will more than likely be ignored by Verizon Wireless & Samsung
