When Verizon would announce the support to Samsung Pay?

If you have 2 people standing in line to buy an item and only their phone to pay with and one has a Verizon Samsung with disabled Samsung Pay and the other person with Android Pay...which is "far superior" at that point?

In your situation, they'd be equal, because the Samsung would be forced to use Android pay

Take a look at the last several posts here Will Verizon support Samsung Pay?
Seems fraud protection might play a role as to why SP MST is not accepted everywhere. Just because a terminal CAN, doesn't mean the retailer will ALLOW.

Not really, MST just simulates a card swipe so it's accepted anywhere a credit/debt card is. one could also argue it's more secure than holding the card itself on your body because the card transaction can only be accessed by the terminal after you launch the app and scan your fingerprint.

Accepted anywhere a retailer accepts MST. You do realize that retailers must update their terminal software. Just like AMEX, DISC, check, MO, etc... isn't accepted everywhere, such is the case with any form of payment to include MST and NFC. Just like how Android Pay and Apple Pay both use NFC, Google Wallet was accepted where Apple Pay was not and vice versa. Same can be said for a physical card with magnetic strip and Samsung Pay.

Strait from LoopPay's website
"MST technology generates changing magnetic fields over a very short period of time. This is accomplished by putting alternating current through an inductive loop, which can then be received by the magnetic read head of the credit card reader. The signal received from the device emulates the same magnetic field change as a mag stripe card when swiped across the same read head. LoopPay works within a 3-inch distance from the read head. The field dissipates rapidly beyond that point, and only exists during a transmission initiated by the user."

Look I found more!
"Merchants, historically, have been reluctant to change their POS terminals when new technology is introduced without a real, tangible benefit. Merchants have expressed interest in LoopPay since it leverages standard mag stripe readers on existing POS systems with no change to the merchants hardware and software, or the networks or processors. LoopPay is accepted at 90% of existing merchant locations. And by working with issuers, Magnetic Secure Technology (MST) can transmit dynamic, tokenized data that is as secure as EMV. Over time, with additional factors of authentication provided by the mobile device, LoopPay will provide even greater security than what a chip card alone is capable of."

None of it is far superior if they're not shopping at the 10% of stores that accept NFC

I'm not sure where you get this 10% NFC information.

How about a real answer instead of a canned response. Apparently you don't read either. In the Sept 14, 12:17am post vbgbanessa gave you the reason for Samsung Pay very clearly:
"Samsung Pay can be accepted at about 90% of retailers because of Loop Pay's MST. Android Pay (aka Google Wallet) and Apple Pay can only be accepted at less than 10% of retailers."
Google Wallet is phasing out to Android Pay. This morning I also read that not all cards are accepted by Android Pay equally. Some will require PIN number entry to be used.

We'd be heartbroken to lose you, manley1234. We understand how being able to use a specific application is important to you, and it's disappointing when it's not available on our devices. Aside from this, what else with your VZW service are you unhappy with?

I bought an $800 phone that is now crippled because you are the only
wireless provider that does not support this feature. I specifically asked
the sales rep "What features has Verizon prevented on the new Note5?" His
response was "Nothing, it has all the features the other carriers do." You
did the same thing with the Note2 and removing the wireless charging
contacts. Why do you always do this? Why do you not support Samsung Pay
when every other carrier does? Cell service is being commoditized. The
differentiation is customer service. Yet you sold me a broken phone twice
now. You add all your junky apps to my phone and then disable the apps that
work. Would you call this a relationship of trust?
Why would I not leave?

Our relationship with you is priceless, manly1234. We want to continue into the long term with you onboard. We understand that its frustrating to not have a specific app available to use on your VZW device. We are still evalulating Samsung Pay, and will continue to provide updates. In the meantime, Android Pay is a viable alternative. Here's a helpful link. http://vz.to/1LYG9pP

It would be better if you switch out to other carrier.. I forgot when my Note 2 was the only note 2 that did not have the function to edit the list of apps for the multi windows for a long time. I swear, as soon as my contract with VZW ends, I will switch out to other carrier. One of the BIG REASONS to get GS6 edge for me was samsung pay, because it supports MST and NFC...if i were to just go for Google wallet, which is NFC only, i would have got the phone that is cheaper or free not the phone that costs $350.

What GS6 costs $350? That's a great deal. Suspect of illegitimacy but great deal.
