Samsung Tab E screen timeout

I've got a Tab E I bought with my S7 at Costco. The screen timeout often switches itself to "any inactivity" Which makes it hard to get in and change it back to "after 2 minutes of inactivity". Has anyone else had this problem? How do I contact Verizon to get it fixed? I don't see anything on the Verizon website about getting items repaired/replaced.

Just a thought - could the battery (saver) settings be overriding the screen timeout settings?
