My Samsung s4 has stopped receiving calls. I can still call out and text both incoming/outgoing are working. when dialing my number I receive a message "Person you are calling cannot accept calls"?
Is call forwarding inadvertently turned on? Dial *73 and wait for tones, then hang up to cancel any call forwarding that is active. Then see if calls are able to get through.
