Smart Family

Lately, my arrival and departure alerts from the Smart Family app is not working.  I can still see where my child is at any given time when using the app, but the alerts I have set up, have been sporadic.  I have the alerts set up, notifications and sound are not blocked.  Has there been an outage on this in the last couple of weeks?

Let's dig a little deeper, when was the last time the app has been updated? What is the make and model of the phone that the app is on? When did you notice that the notifications were no longer working (was it after a software update)?
