Lot's of VZW customer's with Samsung devices have problems with Samsung OTAs. The first recommendation is for these individuals to perform a System Cache Clear. If that doesn't work, to perform a FDR.
Other carriers clearly spell out the steps to performing this operation.
This is seen time and time again in the community for a range of Verizon phones.
It should be like Trouble-shooting tip #1 for Samsung devices. I feel sorry for the Samsung owners... Prominently featured devices, premium cost, super popular and desired devices, always presenting problems with their updates.
This might free up community contributors to "share the care" (catchy huh?) more with owner's of non-Samsung devices.
