Hi, I just swapped out a Verizon Sim from an active account Pixel to a former Verizon One+ phone. I can send text and call/receive calls, but CANNOT receive any texts. These are from Verizon Apple and Android phones. I have Wiped Caches' rebooted, swapped sim card slots etc. but to no avail. Is there something else I should do at this point?

What is the exact model phone you are currently using? Are you using our Message+ app or the native messaging app the phone comes with?
