I had the Samsung S5 and it is a great phone. I upgraded to the Samsung7 (not the edge) and the reception is awful. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything that can be done? I am ready to switch back to the S5.

It’s rare for a new phone to set you back to worse off then you were, rbngermain. We’re going to pull out all the stops to making this right. You mention service. Is this primarily the voice service or the data service? Is Advanced Calling enabled? http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-203685/

Same thing when I went from galaxy S4 to S6. Reception with Verizon on this phone is awful. The WiFi calling is not good. Also needed DNSET app to connect to comcast wifi. Almost a year of awful reception and problems for a $600 phone. Can't wait ton be done with this. Customer service at the store and kiosk are awful. I was so happy to try verizon, everyone said they were great...not so much.
