Apple couldn't recover my ID so I had to register a new one. I need Verizon to reset my free Apple subscription to the new Apple ID. Numerous calls, texts, etc. result in nothing but bots that hear nothing, say only that I should go to some other automated system. Never get a human. I'm paying for this? They even once asked me what my number was. I was like .... uh ... it's my Verizon cell number, you know, the one I've had for 20 years... Sorry to flame, but this is absurd.
