Text response says landline, but it isn't a landline. Maybe Twilio?

Hi, I recently moved my VOIP #s to Twilio and set up the text and voice via Twilio Studio. Everything has been working fine, until yesterday when I try to send a text to a friend's cell and I get the following notice:
This is a landline #. Reply Y to send all TXT messages to this # and voice messages for 0.25/msg. + std msg fee. Details @ vtext.com, TexttoLandline
This happens when I send a text from my verizon cell # to a Voip #. The text does not go through at all.
When the a cell # texts the VOIP # (not from a verizon cell), the text does not go through and the sender does not receive a landline message
