Traded-in a device for the credit they are offering.

Few weeks past, I receive an email saying the device received is different than device expected.

I knew something like this might happen and took a picture and a video shot of packing the phone in the box they had sent me.

What kind of process is this? Where can I reach out to correct this?

Phone sent in: Google Pixel 6a

Phone they claim they received: Samsung Galaxy S9???
