Trade-in Issue

My wife and I traded in two iPhones for new iPhones 4 months ago  (my wife’s iPhone was a iPhone 14 pro max 1TB Storage Valued $878.00 and iPhone 12 Pro Valued $331.00 )only received 1 trade box and 1 envelope, I went to my local Verizon Store in Eagle, Idaho and they called Customer Service and got us another tracking number (so we had 2 separate tracking numbers for both phones included in trade-in agreement)

Was told we could use one envelope/both for both phones as long as we had two tracking numbers which we did all that.

To date we have not received a credit for my wife’s iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB of storage $800+ was amount we agreed to when we also agreed to purchase two NEW iPhones.

And after 3 days, another box arrived at my house.  I called Verizon and spoke to two people and they all  gave me different answers. Should I be worried? Other similar posts had such headaches dealing with this kind of issue. Any advice? Or help here?
