2 weeks ago I received a Moto Z3 via online order, with an offer for $31 credit by trading in my old Droid Turbo. New phone came with packaging and a shipping label to return the old phone. Dropped the old phone in a UPS box and tracking indicated it was delivered to the Ft Worth return center 2 days later. But I got emails from Verizon indicating my Droid had not been received and my credit would be rescinded by a deadline if they did not receive my phone. I did customer service chat (which takes 30-45 minutes so I can't do that every day) and eventually the agent confirmed Verizon did receive my old phone. Now 4 days later I got 2 emails from Verizon stating they have not received my old phone.
Any suggestions how to get Verizon to turn off the no-phone-received emails?

Great question, Aholli5. How long has this been happening for? Also, have you performed any other steps in the Settings of your device? AnthonyM_VZW

send 'em a copy of tracking that showed, "delivered".
