If the SIM cards are the same size, you should be able to just swap the cards into the respective phones. If the cards aren't the same size, you'll need new SIM cards; they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by contacting Customer Service. I'd recommend backing up and then factory resetting each device before the swap.
