When I upgraded to the S7 from my mini S5 on 12/20/16, the customer support person transferred all my data to the new phone. Because the mini S5 was totally dead, she had to retrieve the contacts and pictures from my google backup. She explained the pictures could be viewed at Google Drive and demonstrated how to view them. The pictures are no longer there. Is there a way to retrieve the pictures again? I've been to two different Verizon stores and no one has been able to help me.
Have you signed into your Google Photos or Drive account from a computer to verify the photos are there or not?
