I have several travel passes. Does anyone know if I just lose them as we can't travel anywhere?

Do you mean you have the Travel Pass option on one or more of your lines? If so, the option is just there in case you travel and the feature gets activated for that trip. There is no charge for this feature unless it is activated during travel.

Hello jojo5ooo. We know the importance of understanding your options for utilizing Travel Pass. Here's a link that provides the details of our TravelPass feature: https://www.verizon.com/support/travelpass-faqs/. Can you please share more details on what you mean by having several of these passes? Was this for an offer that you've claimed with us?

Yes, these travel passes are Verizon up rewards. They have an expiration date. We had travel plans to both Canada and Europe. I had collected a handful of rewards. With the boarders still being closed, will I lose them?

Making sure that your Verizon Up questions are answered is vital. Any reward with an expiration date will not be valid after the timeframe has passed. If you have a question about Verizon Up, you can call Verizon Up Customer Service at (866) 895-5579. Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 8 PM ET
Sat - Sun: 8 AM - 6 PM ET. Please take a moment to review the Verizon Up FAQs for information about reward redemption and more: https://www.verizon.com/support/verizon-up-faqs/
