Unable to Receive Multimedia Messages

I have been unable to receive Multimedia Messages for the past 3 days now. I have tried everything i know to fix the problem but am still having the issue. I have a Turbo 2. Also my wife is having the same issue as well and she has a Samsung Galaxy S4.

I resolved the issue. updated my messenger that i was using and restarted my phone and now getting them
