My husbands smartphone won't connect to our wifi extender. All other devices connect but his phone keeps saying "wifi connection failure". It connects then disconnects. I've reset both the extender and the phone. What else should i do?
When you say wifi extender are you referring to a device used to expand the range of your home wifi system beyond the main router and allows your device to connect to the Internet through your landline internet service?

ROSSBOBB, we know how important it is to have a phone that can stay connected to Wi-Fi. We definitely want to help you with that phone. What model phone is this happening with? Does it have the same connect/disconnect issue with other Wi-Fi services?
