I have Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. When I turn my phone on a message says updates are pending. I unlock the screen, then that message is not visible. I went to Settings, and ran the Update, then told my phone is up to date. Next time I turn the phone on I get the same thing. Can someone help?

The Samsung phones also have a app store for Samsung specific applications and are updated through that store. If you use the Amazon App Store, you can also have updates available there too.

Patwor16, I know how important it is to ensure your phone is up to date. When did you start receiving this message? Are the messages referring to software update for the phone operating system or updates for third party apps you have installed on your phone?
Thank You,
