This latest update, can I go BACK, to the previous OS?! This new set up is HORRIBLE! Lack of options, obviously deliberate lock out, and that stupid notification sound going off for no apparent reason, even with EVERY notification turned OFF. I despise it!
We want you to be able to enjoy your device, GETech. We wouldn't be able to go back to a previous software version. Your feedback is important, and we want to help in any way possible. Can you tell us more about the software update you're referring to? What's the make and model of your phone?
