Upgrade Fee? Verizon should pay me!

Bought a new phone. Tried to activate on website. Five hours and two chat sessions later I finally have a working phone.

In the end the associate told me the sim number in the system was incorrect. But it was correct on the website. I entered all the info correctly at the website. Double and triple checked before starting chat.

Now this cruddy company has the nerve to charge me $40 for wasting five hours of my life!
