When trying watch the CNBC TV on their app I am getting the following error.

"User not Authorized Error" "Authorization failed. If you are receiving this error, please log out from your provider and try again."

It has been working ever since I installed it months ago.

How do I log out on the app and try again?

I removed the app an reinstalled with the same results.

Any help would be welcomed.
