I don't know what the update is supposed to do but now my phone doesn't work after updating so be wary I will definitely be asking Verizon to replace my device.

They screwed both my G3 phones on this update. The moron in the store told my wife they cant help her, that she needs to reset the phones to factory state. I WILL BE DUMPING VERIZON AFTER MY CONTRACTV EXPIRES IN 5 MONTHS, THEY SHOULD ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY.

Updates are supposed to make your phone better, not worse. I'm sorry to hear that your phones had issues after the latest update, but we are here to help. I certainly don't want you to break up with us regarding this concern. What seems to be going on with the devices exactly?
