I don't know if Verizon is aware but when this program requires an update, this little popup happens and it says "update software now or later" There is no indication what this update is for, it looks like malicious software trying to install itself on your computer. This should be fixed
Absolutely concur! I'm a software engineer and this is unforgivable. I came on here to post the same thing myself. Nothing about this popup indicates who the software signer is or how to confirm validity. All you can do is start killing unknown processes one by one until you figure out that it's UA.exe, which is Verizon SW. Not a chance that I'd click on this without figuring it out.
