Verizon Computer Software Pop-Up

All of a sudden, when I start or restart my desktop PC, I get a Verizon Wireless pop-up (see image) asking me if I agree to installing software allowing my phone to communicate with my PC.  Why is this happening, and how do I stop it?!

If you do have an LG phone and have it connects to this computer, LG may have a software to help you transfer information to your device.
