Recently my Verizon Smart Family App began acting up. I tried everything before finally deleting it. I was thing reinstalling it might fix the glitch. I have plenty of memory/space and a brand new update on my phone, but when I attempt to install the app. it just scrolls. Has anyone had this problem?
