I applied for the Verizon Visa Credit card in order to receive a $10.00 per line discount on my Verizon bill. To date, I have not seen the discount on my bill even though I have the Verizon Visa Credit Card and am using it to pay my Verizon bill. WHY??? There should be a $20.00 discount on my bill. There are 2 lines on my billing. Phone #9124418546 and 9124413119.
Congratulations on getting the Verizon Visa card sallyb44. We can certainly understand being concerned about receiving your monthly discount for signing up with the card. The discount can take 1 to 2 billing cycles before the credit will show on the bill. Have you been able to confirm that this timeframe has passed since receiving the card and your monthly bills?
