Vortex- How do you transfer camera and download pics to SD card?

Hi damianno01,

 

You would not need to download the pictures on your device to get them on a Micro SD Card. First, format your Mirco SD card.  Afterward, you access the pictures and move the pictures over onto the Mirco SD card selecting the pictures you desire.  

 

The steps below show how to format the Micro SD Card. Bear in mind, This procedure will erase all data on the Mirco SD (memory card). It is recommended to back up the data. 

 

  1. Ensure the device is not connected to a PC via the USB cable.
  2. From the home screen, select the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select SD card & phone storage.
  5. Select Unmount SD card.
  6. Select OK.
  7. Select Format SD card.
  8. Select Format SD card.
  9. Select Erase everything.

That sure didnt work. Lost everything. I had 3 sections in my gallery. Camera, SD Card and I think Downloads. All my pics were under Camera or Downloads. I wanted to move them to the SD Card so that they were not taking up space on my phone. Am I to assume that because now that everything is gone, that everything WAS on my SD Card all along?
