I suspect the OP has an HTC phone as the last two applications listed are HTC exclusive applications and system applications needed for the function of the phone UI and camera processing.

imdb is a movie data base....you can google the others as easy as i can.

TRISHEW54, knowing what is on your phone will help ensure to keep it safe. There are some apps and software that are preinstalled in the devices, straight from the manufacturer. The IMDb is movie software, KeyVPN will be a security software to help keep you safe online, Sense Home is a behavior detecting software and Zoe is software for the camera.
Hope that helps clear up those concerns.

Personally I think Sense Home is the user interface (UI) for the HTC phones.
