So my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) has been shipped and will arrive on March 9th, but the S7 Edge (Silver Titanium) for my husband hasn't been shipped yet; it's still in the processing status. Also, they are separate orders both ordered on February 27th and I had pre-ordered his first; initially, I thought they would be shipped together. He's getting really anxious, lol.

Hello - Yes, I did finally receive the plan confirmation & bill expectation emails as well as shipping info. So, it looks like I am good to go. I should have them in hand Friday, which is the date the billing starts. As long as there are no delays, there won't be any dual billing between carriers
If I may offer feedback, timely and consistent information to folks would have been widely appreciated. As you can see from all of the postings, people excited about these things. Simple, clear communication would have prevented a lot of hard feelings. Oh, and getting the CS Reps up to speed. That would be huge!

Ordered 2 silver S7 Edges on 2/23 at 0700 PST. Both shipping today to be here Wednesday. Maybe hitting the earlier orders first?

I preordered my S7 Edge in Titanium on the 2/23 online. I had an order number that just says processing. How is it that people that preordered them in the same color on 2/28 are having them shipped for deliver tomorrow and I'm still waiting around with Processing in my order?!

kidqwik I have the same question. I ordered mine on 2/23 around noon and other people that placed their order after are already receiving order shipping confirmations.

@I just got off the phone with Internet Orders support and they fixed everything no one in chat or the *611 customer services reps could see or do. I had paid off my Verizon Edge Note 4 right before I ordered my S7 and for some reason the system wasn't automatically taking out the taxes for the new phone as it should have. This is what delayed my order the whole time!!! The rep manually made it take out the taxes and then bam, I was good to go. All the PDF order documents showed up in my My Verizon Inbox as soon as she did that. She said the system is experience glitches with the orders for some. Call this #, 866-338-7390 if you ordered your phone online and it's still stuck on Processing, etc. The one was able to find out was going on ASAP unlike all the previous customer services reps online and when you called *611. She said mine should ship tonight. Whew!!!! I knew something was wrong and I wouldn't take no for an answer no matter how many times they said no. It was all because their system screwing up and not charging me for the order why it kept saying Processing. Let me know what they say! StephMtnz

kidqwik Thank you so much! I called that # and they gave much more accurate information! She said my phone is sitting in the warehouse since last night getting ready to be shipped out tonight. I will be getting my phone no later than Friday.

StephMtnz Congrats! Are you showing the documentation in your My Verizon? Goto My Verizon, My Billing, Documents & Receipts and see if your device payment agreement, etc is there. When it's there you'll know you're good. I'd call back and ask to see if they took your taxes out. That kept mine without documents and at Processing the whole time. It wasn't until they manually charged the taxes that everything flooded into my account I was good to go.

kidqwik Yes, I noticed it's all there. I have a receipt and device payment agreement. My card was charged since last night for the taxes. Looks I'm on the right track!

StephMtnz Did you actually get shipping info on your account? My app has a shipping date of yesterday, but still says Processing and my My Verizon from a browser says 3/11 and says Processing. I called the Internet Order # and they were like the phones won't ship until 3/31 in Silver and I was like no no no no.

I ordered a gold on 02/25 and it shipped Monday and says its out for delivery today. I also ordered a silver on 02/29, it has been saying "processing" and with ship date of 03/11 the whole time until about a half hour ago, it changed to a shipping date of today with a tracking number. Hope this helps.

kidqwik I finally received a tracking# last night, about 24 hours after is showed being shipped on 3/7. My silver GS7 Edge is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I'm sure you'll receive a tracking# tonight.

I'm not confident mine will ship today or tomorrow... I called today when I was on my way to work and the guy was telling me not until March 31st. I flipped out on him. Then I called back this afternoon and he was like you placed your order yesterday? I was like nooooo, 2/23. He wanted to know if I wanted to cancel my order and redo it and he'd transfer me to the front of the line and I totally didn't believe him. I mean, why would I at this point because of all the discrepancies. He transferred me to a supervisor and she told me there is supposed to be a shipment 3/11 and my phone SHOULD be on that truck. She took my number and said she'd call me Friday morning at 11am to see where my order stood. I told her people that ordered days after me were getting their phones and once again, Verizon screwed me. I said if my phone is not shipped by 3/11 the latest I'm leaving Verizon. I would never have placed my pre-order on 2/23 and wasted all this time dealing with their incompetence had I known this was going to happen. Tmobile here I come if my phone isn't shipped by Friday. I was like can u find one in store and hold it for me and still qualify me for the pre-order u screwed up and she was like she couldn't do that for sure. Too many excuses by them. Did u get an email that your phone shipped with the tracking # or where did u find the shipping info?

kidqwik I found the tracking information through the Verizon app and an hour later I got the email confirmation. My phone is scheduled to be delivered by tomorrow, but unfortunately according to a FedEx rep. it got caught up on the service disruption they're having, due to bad weather conditions. My phone is still in Memphis, TN and I don't think I'll be getting it until Friday. And I know what you mean, all this has been a hassle for me as well. I hope your issue gets resolved soon.

Called this phone number and they provided me so information other than it could depend on where you ordered. I ordered silver & gold edge (same order) in store 2-27 and still processing. Neither has shipped. Some people ordered later than me and got shipped. The gal told me "Well, hopefully something will happen tomorrow." I was in town so I thought I'd order in store since I went by the place anyway...guess I should've done that online. Why does it always seem I'm the caboose on the train in situations like this.

I order s7 edge in silver 2/25. My card was charged and the my Verizon app saying shipping date is 3/7 but no email or tracking info. Customer support told me that was wrong and would not tell me why my card was charged when it clearly has not shipped. Sick of getting the run around.
