What's going on here with the status of the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Silver Titanium)??

So my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) has been shipped and will arrive on March 9th, but the S7 Edge (Silver Titanium) for my husband hasn't been shipped yet; it's still in the processing status. Also, they are separate orders both ordered on February 27th and I had pre-ordered his first; initially, I thought they would be shipped together. He's getting really anxious, lol.

Hello - Yes, I did finally receive the plan confirmation & bill expectation emails as well as shipping info.  So, it looks like I am good to go.  I should have them in hand Friday, which is the date the billing starts.  As long as there are no delays, there won't be any dual billing between carriers

If I may offer feedback, timely and consistent information to folks would have been widely appreciated.  As you can see from all of the postings, people excited about these things.  Simple, clear communication would have prevented a lot of hard feelings.  Oh, and getting the CS Reps up to speed.  That would be huge!

I woke up to a tracking number for my Silver S7 edge order in my e-mail. Verizon app and the website are both updated to reflect that the order has shipped and the tracking number is on them as well. Mine is being shipped through UPS so the tracking number in UPS system doesn't have it's info updated yet to show a delivery time, but I'd imagine it will be on Thursday.

yes. if you look at your invoice in the app it says 2 day shipping mine is coming from pa via fedex and its thursday by 8pm

I may just cancel mine altogether if my ship date doesnt change.  I will either try instore, or maybe try another carrier.  Tired of the Verizon run around.

I placed my order for 2 Silver Titanium Edges on 2/23 and my card was immediately charged by "accident".  My status is stuck in processing and now I am thinking that since Verizon already has my money they are in no hurry to ship out the product.  Very upset at the moment, not really making me want to continue doing business with Verizon.

Just fyi. I ordered online, silver titanium 2/24, my card charged yesterday, I just received FedEx tracking number, leaving Memphis. Should have by 8pm 3/10. Hope this helps put some at ease. They, (silver titanium), are going out!!

Kind of proves my suspicions, you ordered after I did, but yours have shipped and mine are still in limbo. Verizon has botched this whole process.  If I do not have them in hand by Friday I will just cancel my order since my contract is up and go elsewhere.

That's what I'm gonna do. If they can't deliver by Friday I'm cancelling and going to either ATT or T-Mobile.

ATT extends their buy-one-get-one-free to include the galaxy S7! Now that's a bargain. Saving $800 AND not having to deal with Verizon's garbage? It's a win-win.

Speaking for myself: You have until Friday, Verizon.

i ordered mine in store on the 29 the app says order details are currently not available please check back later. On the mobile site it says still processing with a delivery date of 3/11. On my desktop it says still processing with no delivery date but a in store pick up. Im so confused. i paid the taxes and extras in the store (cash) so i know they got my money it comes up in my Verizon Edge Installment Agreement that im paid, so whats really good. I just want my new phone

I will say the same. Not going to complain yet because I could still receive it by the release date, March 11th... By the way, when I pre ordered the phone on Feb 29th, it specified that they will arrive by March 11th, and I did pre ordered it because I wanted to have the promotion of the Gear S2. Otherwise, I would have waited at the store for March 11th and get it right away.So I hope the status changes between tonight and tomorrow to be able to get them by Friday or Saturday. But most important... I expect that Verizon have enough Gear S2 for everybody that pre order online because nobody wants the VR glases... those VR glases are offered everywhere and every carrier. We pre ordered because of the Gear S2

I got an e mail today saying that there was a problem with my charge and to call them I call and they said they had to cancel that order and re do the order so when I when in to ok it it changed my order to a delivery date of 3 29 and when I told the guy that wouldn't do since I pure ordered he said he would send a note to take care of it.now that I'm reading all this if I don't get my phone by the 11 th they can deal with my lawyer.

I got charged for both a galaxy s7 black and galaxy s 7 edge silver and the Verizon app shows the shipping date as the 7th too but online it still shows the 11th, But no tracking info. Talked to cs and they have no Idea what's going on. I just want to make sure I'm home the day I'm getting it so I can fill out the promo form. Kinda frustrating

if it shipped on the 7th it should be here by tomorrow. It does specify in my purchase confirmation email it was 2 day shipping. But I'm with you man really dissapointed with this whole process.

10th, it just updated from processing to shipped about 30 minutes ago.
