So my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) has been shipped and will arrive on March 9th, but the S7 Edge (Silver Titanium) for my husband hasn't been shipped yet; it's still in the processing status. Also, they are separate orders both ordered on February 27th and I had pre-ordered his first; initially, I thought they would be shipped together. He's getting really anxious, lol.

Hello - Yes, I did finally receive the plan confirmation & bill expectation emails as well as shipping info. So, it looks like I am good to go. I should have them in hand Friday, which is the date the billing starts. As long as there are no delays, there won't be any dual billing between carriers
If I may offer feedback, timely and consistent information to folks would have been widely appreciated. As you can see from all of the postings, people excited about these things. Simple, clear communication would have prevented a lot of hard feelings. Oh, and getting the CS Reps up to speed. That would be huge!

Congrats Rackinashzure! I am jealous for sure! Hopefully the rest of us are coming soon. I see Verizon Wireless Customer Support is answering a few people but not offering great hope.

Mine says it has shipped. Ordered silver & gold edge 2-27-16 in store. Picked up at 7:52pm CT in Memphis & scheduled to be delivered in store in Sioux Falls, SD by 4:30pm Thursday. Finally!! I just hope that stays true.

Ingress. I originally had 3/11 ship date. I got update last night about 7:30 that my shipment was changed to 3-7 but just finally shipped 24 hours later.

No sooner did I finish my long rant and asked jared about his ship date...I checked mine and it had updated to a ship date of today but was still processing. No tracking. ...but it's progress...I'll take it !

I was getting frustrated too. I just hope I won't be too late for VR promo. I hope luck is on my side. Hopefully more FedEx or UPS trucks are out there picking them up.

[Removal required by Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] Whya are people who pre-ordered after I did getting their devices shipped ahead of me? Is it because you "Accidentally" ripped me off by charging me instantly when I was assured on the phone several times that I would not be charged until it ships? It also states this everywhere on the internet, this defiantly sounds like something I should be contacting a lawyer about. The shipping promise may not be legally binding, but charging for something before shipping, when your fine print says this won't happen is legally binding.
Care to give me any answers?

I ordered the silver titanium as well, and about 2 hours ago I was charged the Tax on the upgrade, so I'm betting it ships tomorrow, 3/9. Will let you know, but the tax charge hitting is a dead give away.

I received my tracking number, and should have it by tomorrow, the 10th, a day early.
Honestly, reading through these forums, there are a lot of cry babies and trophy kids up in here. The release date was the 11th. Yah, some carries got theirs first, OK.. Don't be pissy pants because you're still getting it a day or two earlier than promised.
The process has been pretty smooth, I mostly see a bunch of complaints that other carriers are getting theirs *more earlier* than Verizon...

UPS finally updated my number. Mine shipped out from Memphis, TN with a delivery date of 3/10/16. Shame I'm out of town that day. Having my parents sign for it and keep it for me. Pick it up from them on the 11th when I'm back. I better dang well get my S2 watch from this, Verizon.

i can get into the app now and it says shipped march 8 but no email or tracking info has been sent. When you go the the mobile and desktop site i am still processing. I got excited for a second being the app said 1858 yesterday. now i feel like someone is playing with my emotions. If i dont hear something positive by Friday i am done. I dont even want it no more they promote this pre order deal then you cant get a straight answer. people are saying the 31 i should of just waited till it was in the store and not stress over the b.s

Verizon screwed up and their system wasn't charging my taxes so mine was in a Processing loop until yesterday. I ordered the Silver on 3/23, got a confirmation email that said it would ship ship by 3/11. Alllll week long I called the *611 and asked reps online and they said my order was fine and was just processing and would ship by 3/11. They assured me it would. Having a gut feeling something was still wrong since my account never changed from Processing since3/23 I called the Internet Order Support line at 866-338-7390 yesterday. The woman was verrrry nice. She said something didn't seem right and she went into my account further and saw that Verizon's automated system didn't even attempt to charge me for the taxes for the phone. THIS is what kept my order Processing since 3/23. She manually pushed through the charge and as soon as she did, my order showed movement and I received all the payment agreements in PDF form in my Verizon account. My online account now showed a ship date of 3/11 and my app on Android says a ship date of 3/8. Both still say Processing though. She told me the phone would ship either last night or today. She checked the warehouse and said the silver was in stock and just needed to have a tracking # for shipment applied. She said that info may be delayed showing in my account. I called the Internet Order Support line today and the guy said my order was still processing because the Silver was delayed for shipment until 3/31. I almost flipped out on him. I told him people that ordered the phone AFTER me were already getting their phones from Verizon and I was assured by multiple Verizon people my order would ship by 3/11(just like that said my order was fine.. which it was not). He said they're all in a kind of grey area. No one at Verizon seems to know about the stock or when they will ship at this point he says. He said the website says 3/31 but even he wasn't sure if that was the case. He said he saw some silver preorders going through. He said if there was a delay we'd be sent an email. Wouldn't we be sent that email BEFORE the 3/11 date we "assured"??? If I do not have the phone shipped by 3/11, the LATEST, I'm giving Verizon a big FU and leaving. They have completely screwed up the whole pre-order for the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Whereass TMobile and the other carriers started sending out their phone to customer last week, Verizon has NO idea what's going on with their orders. You talk to one rep who says one thing and another rep that says another. Then the reps that respond to the posts here are absolutely horrible about answering questions. They're like scripted puppets that don't answer direct questions from people but instead go "Oh my, new phones are exciting!" blah blah blah. The guy on the phone today said maybe I should cancel my order and place it again to see what would happen. I LOLed at him and said NO WAY. So I can get put at the back of the back of the line for Verizon's screw up? I'm going to call them again today over and over until I get someone who can actually make sure my phone gets sent by Fri. I'm already checking T-Mobile's prices and stock on the Silver just in case. Verizon doesn't deserve my business if they can't make right their screw ups.

@kidqwik we want you to get your phone as soon as possible I'm here to help. We are sending out emails to customers with the ship by dates and once the order is actually shipped an email stating it has shipped as well with an estimated delivery date. I apologize for any trouble you have had with your order but I am confident this will be a smooth process from here on out.

Verizon Wireless Customer Support can you explain why people who ordered on the 2nd 3rd 4th day are getting their Silver phones shipped ahead of those who ordered on the first day? I was even immediately charged, which should not have happened according to your terms that we both agreed to. This seems like VZW dropped the ball and is just randomly deciding who is getting their phones, rather than going first come first serve like it should have been.
I would like a reply as to what is actually going on and what Verizon plans to do to make it right.

When are these emails being sent out??? My initial order email from 2/23 says 3/11. My online My Verizon order status says 3/11. My Android Verizon app says a Ship Date of 3/8, yesterday. Yes my order still says processing. I would have left Verizon on 2/23 and not ordered had I known I may get an email that told me all the assurances I'd get my phone or have it shipped by 3/11 weren't true. Verizon is wasting my time and once again, getting a phone from Verizon for the 2nd time in a row has been an absolute nightmare. When people that ordered their Silver S7 Edge's dayyyys after I ordered are getting theirs I'm being told mine may not ship until 3/31 is unacceptable. I won't be getting my phone after 3/11 from Verizon because I will be gone from Verizon on 3/12 if I do not have a tracking # and it's shipped the LATEST by 3/11 as I was promised by multiple Verizon reps.
