So my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge (Gold Platinum) has been shipped and will arrive on March 9th, but the S7 Edge (Silver Titanium) for my husband hasn't been shipped yet; it's still in the processing status. Also, they are separate orders both ordered on February 27th and I had pre-ordered his first; initially, I thought they would be shipped together. He's getting really anxious, lol.

Hello - Yes, I did finally receive the plan confirmation & bill expectation emails as well as shipping info. So, it looks like I am good to go. I should have them in hand Friday, which is the date the billing starts. As long as there are no delays, there won't be any dual billing between carriers
If I may offer feedback, timely and consistent information to folks would have been widely appreciated. As you can see from all of the postings, people excited about these things. Simple, clear communication would have prevented a lot of hard feelings. Oh, and getting the CS Reps up to speed. That would be huge!

I'm OK with a delay from FedEx cause you can't control the weather. But the rest of the delays were uncalled for. Ya I'm bummed mine could be delayed but mother nature has its own plans

Just got a text from my buddy at FedEx and look like my 2 silver edges made it out of Memphis! On their way to my work right now..

How long is it before the status is changed from the maddening "Processing" status to actual tracking number once the charge is run? My card was charged last night, but there is no receipt on My Verizon, nothing in documents and all the many different places to check the order status remain unchanged.

My card was charged on the 23rd when I ordered and I am still in
processing. So who knows.

So, this is hilarious! I was chatting with a rep trying to get my receipt for the charge on my account last night and he informed me that no phones are being shipped until Friday and no one has received a tracking number, LOL.
He basically said that anyone who is saying they got a tracking number or that they received their phone is not telling the truth, spreading misinformation is how he put it.
He was absolutely adamant! He said no S7 phones will be shipped until Friday and we would receive tracking numbers then. I said that I don't think all of the people posting on the forum are liars and he basically said they are.
They really need to get it together!

Well, I actually just got my shipping email and tracking number. It will
be interesting to see if it updates to show delivery on Friday. But when I
did order it did say shipping by 3/11/2016, so if I do not get it until
Monday/Tuesday I will still not be upset.

Ordered my black Galaxy Edge Monday and received shipping notice last night and tracking number this morning shipped by UPS.

I ordered mine on 3/3/16 but it still shows as 'processing' on the web site. Called and was told it is not scheduled to ship until 3/31/16. I'm glad folks on the thread are getting their phones quickly, but seriously disappointed that Verizon has done such a poor job of communicating or really explaining why? Why do some folks who've ordered after me already received their phones? I was told when I ordered that it would be delivered on 3/11/16 but it that commitment seems like it will no longer be honored.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone read anywhere that someone received their phone from VZ? My phone has been sitting "at destination sort facility" since yesterday at 4:30pm with no movement. Makes me think that VZ is prepping shipment but not delivering the phones until the 11th.

My wife received her gold s7 edge this morning at 10 am. My silver one should be here tomorrow dependin if FedEx could get it shipped due to the storms

I just got my Gold Edge S7 today at 3:45 via FedEx. And my husband's silver
S7 Edge should be here by tomorrow afternoon if not by Friday.

Can anyone that has received their order confirm the purchase date on their receipt is the day they pre-ordered? I didn't order until 3/1 and probably won't get mine shipped until the end of the month, nothing I can do about that now, but if the receipt doesn't show I "purchased" it before 3/18 I won't qualify for the give away (if there is anything left and I get it before midnight on the 31st). If the receipt says I "purchased" it on the date they charge my card then there really is no point to this pre-order that isn't pre anything.
