100's of phone and you have to have this one...?
It will be as problematic as the S3 & S4 why wait to aggravate yourself?
Then you will be back here asking for assistance because the phone does not do this or that, the update fried the device, your WiFi no longer works, Verizon sold you a junk device, and the list goes on and on and on and on and on......
Good Luck at AT&T

I hate AT&T, I will switch to them if I have to. I want to try to keep Verizon. But if Verizon isn't gonna say a word then I'm going back to AT&T

Patience is always the best practice.
There is no 100% greatest device in the world ever, have to have it now, It does everything....washes the dishes, cleans my clothes and starts my car.
I think if you wait you will be better off than rushing to buy the S5. Like I said it is a gamble it will work any better than the S3 or S4.
You know my wife loves the LG G2 check it out. ( I don't like it however since its too big)
Good Luck

Oh forgot to ask Verizon customer support specialist, is there a chance that preorder will be available before April 11th and have the phone on the 11th or very close to it? Just a guesstimate

I think Verizon just proved the point made. How can it be exciting if you cannot keep up with the new phones? Or pre orders? I also read that Verizon is exclusively help promoting the new HTC One M8, but Verizon does not even have the gold color of that either. I cannot even upgrade because Verizon cannot even get my account together. Verizon just gets horrible by the moment and some of us want a date, not email updates that never come in. I signed up for the Moto X back then, Verizon lied about the Moto Maker not being available and only exclusively to AT&T which was a lie. Another thing, Verizon takes forever due to the software they have to overrun the phone with.

The international release date is April 11th, per Samsung. Are you saying you don't know when Verizon will get the phone?
