Depending on which phone you have, one of the last updates removed Google Voice. If Google Voice was used as your Voicemail, it would have been replaced with Verizon's Visual Voicemail app. you can download Google Voice from the Google Play and set it back up (at least last time I checked you could which was just a few weeks back).
