The upgrade of this app is horrible. With 2 teenagers, I used to be able to see the log of times and usage when they were consuming the data when I still had the old MyVerizon app. Now I cannot do that with the updated app. I have to go to the MyVerizon website to get the same information. This makes it extremely inconvenient when I am needing to stay on top of kids, aka, the data hogs in the family. I want to complain that the time log usage feature should still be available on the updated mobile app.

There is an email address listed on the Play Store description. You can use the email address to send your concerns and issues with the application directly to the developers.
