Why Am I Getting An Error 505 When Installing The Kindle App?

LG G4:  6.0 Update bricked my phone, and it's taken more than 5 days to recover from the Factory Reset.  Whomever thinks a factory reset is a solution to a phone not working, should have to live with me during this period.  IT'S NOT A SOLUTION, IT'S A NIGHTMARE.

I'm still having problems with installing the Kindle App.  I've spent an hour with the Amazon TS, and an hour with Verizon TS troubleshooting, and the Verizon TS confirmed:  it is NOT my phone.

The app will not install, even in Safe Mode.

He also confirmed that there is a problem with the Gallery App (see my other post), and that there have been a lot of BAD UPDATES for the LG G4 from Verizon.  His suggestion is to NOT INSTALL IT, and wait for a couple of weeks when there should be a fixit update to the update.

Amazon has not commented on the app, and has not provided any help.

I fixed the problem. You need to ENABLE and update Audible.

Then install & update Kindle, and all other Amazon apps.
