For some reason, I can no longer send text messages with a picture attached. I have a Droid Razr Mini with the latest software. Anyone know of a setting that might control that? Or other reasons why this wouldn't be working, when it has always worked in the past?
Make sure your mobile data is enabled. This is required for sending MMS.
Thatโs puzzling. I definitely want your device working the way it should be, tejawe. Your fellow community member, sprmankalel, had a great suggestion. You can find the Mobile Data option under Settings > Data Usage. If thatโs on and youโre still running into trouble please share a bit more detail about exactly what happens when you try to send a picture message. Is there a specific error that appears? Are you able to send plain text messages successfully? When you notice the trouble with picture messages, are you able to access websites with WiFi turned off?
