I can't get OTA updates so I have to use the software upgrade assistant. But every time I check there's no update available.
Which phone? Updates are rolled out only when Verizon has a debugged update for your device.
It's an LG G3.
Perfect! Thank you for providing the device information. If the upgrade will not download to your device, I do suggest the software repair assistant.. http://vz.to/1fAKWW9 It can take up 10 days for the device to be able to manually pull the software update.

Is the software upgrade assistant just not going to give us Marshmallow 6.0 for the LG G3? It's been almost a month now.
