I have an LG V10 and cannot receive the OTA upgrade to VS99011B. When I check for updates on the phone I get a message that the connection has been interrupted, check back when I'm on the LTE network. This happens when I am on the LTE network and have wifi on. If I use the software updater tool on my PC the utility sees that there is an update available, downloads it, but then the phone freezes at firmware update 0%. I've also noticed that I can't connect to any Verizon services like My Verizon Mobile. The internet works fine. Any ideas why this could be happening. I've read that it my be a bad sim card.

I ended up doing a factory reset on the phone. Now it works, but of course I have to reinstall all of my apps. PITB.
