I'm lucky if I have one bar but yet I'm line-of-sight to one tower and I have another Tower I'm slightly obstructed to less than a mile away. I am in 92382 - a solid 4G area. I'm constantly dropping calls and your solution is for me to use Wi-Fi calling. If I'm going to be using Wi-Fi calling that I pay a separate provider for why am I paying you? You have now sent me to extenders and neither one works. Your inept staff seems unable to do with Sprint was able to do. They put an AirRave in my home and I got solid service. Now you want me to pay my bill. Let me repeat myself. If I have to use Wi-Fi calling why am I paying your bill?

Have you tried a new SIM card? Check the network settings, be sure LTE/CDMA is selected (not GLOBAL).

The phone is new (less than 1 year; bought last Father's Day) so why a new SIM card? It was new then. Yes, the phone is properly set. This is a Samsung Note 5. I have my doubts about their antennas.
