Why is my device freezing all of the sudden?

Hey guys,

     I really can use some help. My G3 just started freezing this morning and I keep taking the battery out and  putting it back in. It will sometimes it will stay on the boot screen, sometimes it will start up completely and I can use it. After about 10 mins it will freeze again, even when I leave it alone for a couple minutes on sleep. I try charging it and it will freeze, the red light will stay on even when I disconnect the charger meaning it froze then too. Any idea what it can mean and is there anyway I can fix this. My phone worked perfectly until this morning.

I am so sorry to hear you are having these issues. I know a freezing phone is never fun. Has your phone done any software updates or installed any new app recently? If you place your device in safe mode do you still have the same issue? http://vz.to/1owbN8K
