Yup...nothing like that at all. The Lucid is a "starter" phone that I purchased simply because it was cheap and I don't need all the other stuff so I guess they left out some settings options as well.

I appreciate you taking the time to follow up with us. These directions worked on previous versions of Android, unfortunately after Android 4.0 was installed this may have removed this setting.

Geez this is an old thread, but here's what works currently (on my Galaxy S7, Android 8.0.0).
Open the Phone App.
With keyboard displayed, click the 3-dot icon in upper right.
Click Settings.
Click Call alerts
Toggle Play tone when call ends on or off.
