Will not finish reset

my niece apparently reset my phone.  It ask to sync account put in email then password.  after I enter info it goes to the wifi screen shows it connected I hit next then it goes back to the enter email screen.  Repeats this every time.  Am not sure exactly what she did.  I had the screen that you unlock on, left phone on table came back to this mess.  Phone says it was reset.
